"Been there 4 times, one of my favourite Chinese restaurant. Foods were authentic, really enjoyed it! Must try: pipa tofu Sometimes offering complementary dessert during the week. My friend loves Pad Thai, so we ordered it, but it tasted surprisingly good! Very authentic! Great food with reasonable prices! Every dish came with freshest ingredients！"

"We are coming back here quite often now. Love the Peking duck. Salty fish eggplant is still awesome. Salt n pepper soft shell crab was yum too. 2nd dish for the peking duck, we always have the fried rice. The high temp wok flavour is great in the fried rice."

"Shiqi is a Cantonese restaurant serving traditional Cantonese dishes. This shop is clean and provides excellent service. Braised Mushrooms with Fish Lips is a very special and great dish you can't taste in other stores. Collagen-rich fish mouth with fresh mushrooms - definitely worth a try, make sure you book in advance to get it. Cantonese BBQ, chicken are also good."

"Your typical Chinese restaurant that can seat large groups. Be sure to make a booking beforehand. And if you want the peking duck, must book prior as well. Peking duck was alright.. Dishes were smaller than expected. Char siew was pretty good. I'd just go back for this. Salted egg prawn was crunchy and well seasoned. Pipis had a great sauce with the noodles to soak up its flavour. Salt and pepper squid was not that crispy, but tasted good. Overall dishes were not bad, just small ish portion for the price. Staff were nice and quick to serve. Dessert was delicious as well. The sago soup is complimentary"

"Unfortunately, our experience was seriously affected by the behaviour of a front desk staff member. An older woman wearing glasses was extremely rude and unfriendly. From the moment we entered the restaurant, she spoke to us in a raised and aggressive tone. Throughout the meal, we remained polite and thanked her for her service, but she maintained a cold poker face and made us feel unwelcome, as if we were somehow annoying customers. The food itself was very good, which makes this experience even more disappointing. However, the service left such a strong negative impression that it overshadowed the quality of the dishes. As long as this staff member continues working here, I would not return and would advise friends to choose another venue for group dining. This restaurant used to be one of my favourite Chinese restaurants, and it is hard to understand why such behaviour is tolerated, as it significantly lowers the overall standard of the establishment."

"My go to place to order from for takeaway, its simply the best chinese in adelaide. I have tried 20+ chinese restaurants and this is the best. The mongolian beef = astounding, the satay chicken = incredible, thai basil beef or squid either one = positively delightful. Char siu = astronomical. Even the asian greens in oyster sauce = unbeatable. Ordered 10+ times, always consistent, always delicious."
